Digital Identity - for your Proof Of Identity and Credentials
Identity and Credentials are core of part of the life in the Digital World, where we use mobile phone to prove who we are, and pay for the products and services
in day to day activities. We are now looking at the future, the future of Digital (Decentralised) Identity and Web3/SSI - Self-Sovereign Identity.
Your Digital Identity, issued by the Issuer such as Banks & Government Oranisation, would be stored securely inside of the Identity Wallet (INCRREDA.ID, Iphone app), the benefits of using the Identity Wallet are - you would leave your paper based identity documents behind and get yourself identified by Banks, Govt.,
and Institutions using the digital channels. Also, you would have the full control on your Personal Identifiable Information (PII), and share limited PII with the Verifiers, who wish to verify your Identity document, Certificate or other Credentials, and it can be achieved by using the new INCRREDA.ID Wallet.
INCRREDA has participated in European Blockchain Early Adopters Programme with its participating actors in
Europe - Spain (the Issuer of Digital Identification Credentials) and Romania (the Verifier of Digital Identification Credentials). We have demonstrated issuance of the Digital Credentials to the Holder (UEx University Student), who acquired the digital Education Identification Credentials using
INCRREDA.ID Wallet in home country, Spain and it was verified in Romania successfully.
In real life scenario, it is called cross country verification of credentials using The Trust Chain (European Blockchain) which writes into the immutable ledger, 'the Single Source of Truth'.
The Digital Identification Credentails of
holders are varified in another member state (country) that were issued in one member state (country) within Europe.

Journey - Issuance and Verification of Digital Credentials
Digital Identity and Digital Credentials are supported by European Blockchain the 'Trust Chain' setup in 29 countries in Europe,
and Credential Engine in United States of America, including similar initiative taken in Latin America. The number of participating
members are growing from Federal Government to State Govt.

Student Identity Card, Memership Credentials and more. The objective to bring the Digital Identity and Credentails in the life to give
Citizen a freedam to authenticate and present the digital version of their identity and documents in daily life using biometric enabled
authorisation steps (who they say, they are) using their mobile phone. The digital channels speed up whole process and get into the next stage
